Thoroughly enjoyed this GREAT stay on a family vacation. We booked a superior queen room and it was immaculate, soft beds. All the personnel was polite.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely book again. The hotel was perfect with lots of lovely sized and brand-new rooms.

Its magnificent, efficient business location was a plus.

The breakfast was lovely for a hotel of this rating with chef for specials and bio options. It offered us magnificent and perfect location near to bus station and the La Defense square and the shopping mall and metro trains. In the evening we went to Sushi Tokyo, located at a moderate distance from the venue...

Attentive staff specially at the reception desk, had very good stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, it was good.

The breakfasts here were lovely with gluten free options and chef for specials, for example.

the room was immaculate & tidy with very comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was efficient business, right by shops like zara and arc de triomphe or champs elysees, 20 minutes away and the business district. i ate at the in-house restaurant near the property.

Location: the hotel was not far from train/metro station, most tourist spots and central Paris. The breakfast was satisfactory with chef for specials; the staff were courteous.

Really great stay, as always. Pleasant and fairly clean property with exceptional service and great value.

Functional and stylish hotel, the services were very good, good location by the strike-proof Metro Line 2. A nice size room plus an individual safe, air conditioning and an iron. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, great bed. Private parking on site provided. The early check-in.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and other key attractions in the area.- The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The breakfast area seemed to be too small for the number of guests, causing delays and difficulties finding available seats. The logistics of serving guests during peak hours could be improved to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience.

All in all everything was very good, had a very good stay for business trip or family trip. Had excellent location in the centre of Paris, a 4-6 minute walking distance from La Grande Arche. Moreover, it was near everything-metro, market, a shopping mall and metro station and very big shopping mall with many shop and restaurants.
